Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Shipping
We currently do/do not offer international shipping. Please contact us for more information

Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, weather conditions, or busy periods that are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

RoRo Bears cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s) if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
